1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details, business information, and any content you create within Kliog. This includes name, email, and the data you put into the platform.

We also collect usage data automatically: page views, feature usage, device information, and IP addresses. We use it to improve the product.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, communicate with you, and protect against fraud. Aggregated, anonymized data feeds Kliog's Network Intelligence: pricing benchmarks, demand signals, and pattern detection. Your individual records are never shared in identifiable form.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help operate the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery), and only under data processing agreements. We disclose data to law enforcement only when legally required.

4. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security reviews. Each customer's data is isolated per tenant via the multi-tenancy plugin enforced at every database query.

5. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or compliance reasons.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable. Email privacy@kliog.com to exercise any of these rights.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies maintain your session and preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand how the product is used. You can control all cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll post material changes here and notify you by email when appropriate. Continued use of Kliog after a change means you accept the updated policy.
