Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Kliog (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Kliog is an AI-native operating system: CRM, invoicing, proposals, scheduling, AI-powered chat, customer-facing assistants (Kliog Connect), developer APIs, and related features. The Service runs on a subscription basis with multiple plans.

3. Account registration

Provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trials don't require a credit card and won't auto-convert without your explicit consent.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you put into Kliog. We claim no ownership over your business data. We access it only to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That includes attempting to access other tenants' data, interfering with the platform's operation, using it for illegal purposes, or violating applicable laws.

7. API usage

Developer API access is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your plan. Don't share API keys or use them in ways that compromise the security of other tenants.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, we'll provide a reasonable window for you to export your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kliog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. Material changes are notified by email or in-product. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the modified terms.
