Where to find your review link

  1. Open your Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in).
  2. Tap "Ask for reviews" (sometimes "Get more reviews").
  3. Copy the short link it gives you. It looks like g.page/r/... and opens the review box directly.

Ask every customer, not just the happy ones, and never offer a discount or gift for a review. Google's review rules do not allow it.

FAQQuestions

The same day the job is finished or paid, while the customer is happiest. A single follow-up a few days later is plenty.

Text usually gets more reviews because people read it right away. Email works well as the follow-up.

No. Google does not allow incentives for reviews, and asking only happy customers is against its rules too.
